Usui Reiki Level 1 Certification Class

LEVEL 1: A Sacred Beginning

If you have ever felt called to explore the profound energy of Reiki or wish to deepen your spiritual journey, this is your invitation to begin. Level 1 is for all souls, whether you are beginning your path or seeking to elevate your connection to the universal life force.

In Level 1, the focus is on awakening and opening the energy channels within your being, allowing you to align with the divine energy that flows from the cosmos, through your crown, and into your heart and hands. This sacred energy flows freely within you, guiding your healing and transformation.

The essence of Level 1 is self-Reiki. By practicing Reiki on yourself, you begin the process of releasing personal blockages and embracing your own healing power. The attunements for Level 1 are traditionally given in two parts, a method I cherish deeply, as it provides the space and time for you to journey inward, heal, and prepare for the full integration of this sacred energy.

After your first attunement, you may begin to feel the energy physically—tingling, warmth, or coolness in your palms—as you open to the divine flow of Reiki. This course will also touch upon the rich history of Reiki, sacred hand placements, and practices for both personal and group healing.

The first attunement will be given on this day. Then, after 21 days of self-healing and reflection, your second attunement will complete your Level 1 journey, sealing the energy within. Upon completion, your sealed Certificate and Reiki book, lovingly prepared by me, will be sent to you.

Sacred Investment: $300. This includes the workshop, two powerful attunements, your Certificate, and a book written with love and intention by me. After the second attunement, your Certificate and book will be mailed to you as a blessing for your journey.

This sacred teaching is guided by a 25th Level Usui Reiki Grand Master, a 10th Degree Right Hand Path Magus, and Reiki Grand Master.

Sacred Preparations:

• Dress in comfortable clothing, and create a peaceful space where you will not be disturbed.

• Nourish yourself with food and drink water during the break.

• Take a cleansing shower on the day of class to prepare your body and spirit.

• For the 24 hours before the class, refrain from alcohol and non-prescription drugs.

• Remove all jewelry as you connect to the energy.

• Bring a notebook and pen to capture the wisdom and messages of the session.

• If the class is online, please provide your email to receive the Zoom link at the appointed time.
