You will have to preregister with Zoom at least 1 hour before the event starts for most events. Please, the earlier the better, as approval sometimes takes 3 steps. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing the link to join the meeting. I open the Zoom meetings at least 10 minutes prior to welcome you in on time and settle in so we may start promptly.
