Poconos Witches Festival 10-18-2019 Weekend

Posted by Glenda Dawson on

I want to tell you all about the great experiences I had during my weekend at Split Rock for the Poconos Witches Festival from October 18, 2019 to October 20th, 2019.

What a great weekend I had at the Poconos Witches Festival in Split Rock, Lake Harmony, PA.  First on Friday, we arrived after a gorgeous ride with fall colors in full bloom all over in beautiful Pocono Mountains.  Once we registered we went to a gorgeous room located at the Lodge.  The Lodge is one of the oldest building in the resort and one that is haunted.  We stayed at in the building to the right hand side.

Here is the gorgeous views from our room.  We were on the third floor and we could see the Lake! Lake Harmony, PA

That first night (Friday) we met with the VIPs attendees to do a meet and greet.  The host of the Pocono Witches Festival, Eddie Massey, greeted us with such a welcoming smile and hug that it felt like family.

Everyone from the host, Eddie Massey, to the Celebrity Medium, Lady D and the attendees were loving and gracious. The seance and ghost investigation that lasted until after 1:00 a.m. were great experiences by all and were a total success.

Saturday, the Market Place was filled with wonderful vendors and magnificent customers.  I was there doing psychic and mediumship readings as well as Chair Reiki.  I was fortunate enough to have the pleasure to speaking to many wonderful people who came around the room in search of the perfect gift for themselves or others.

Towards the end of the day, I presented an Introduction to Candle Divination Class where my attendees were smart, attentive and very involved.

Then Sunday, what a wonderful brunch with a great medium who did a presentation on reading photos.  It is nice to finally meet someone else that has developed that gift as well.

One of the many wonderful friends that we made this weekend, asked that Larry and I pose in front of this fireplace which is believed to be original to the place.

It was just a pleasant weekend all around!

The one thing that sticks out at me, is that the only reason I was given this opportunity is because unselfishly I decided to volunteer and help, when things occurred at the last minute.  The moral of the story is, give without expectations and cease the moment!
