Refund policy

A full refund is issued if the cancellation is due to Glenda's Magical Creations' actions.   There will be an opportunity to reschedule at no extra charge.  

No refund will be issued if the cancellation is due to the "customer's" actions or cause by a natural disaster beyond Glenda's Magical Creation's control.   No refund will be issued if customer cancels within twenty four (24) hour window of appointment or class.
