We are now meeting in Person and Zoom simultaneously.  When on Zoom, Cameras on are a preference!

You will have to preregister with Zoom at least 1 hour prior to event starting time for most events. Please the earlier the better, as approval sometimes takes 3 steps.  After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing the link to join the meeting.  I open the zoom meetings at least 10 mins prior to welcome you to come in on time and settle so that we may start promptly.

Meditation for Peace — September 11th Gathering- Free (zoom/person)

On this day of remembrance, we come together in stillness to honor the lives lost, the courage shown, and the unity found in the wake of tragedy.
This 45-minute guided meditation will invite you to release tension, cultivate compassion, and carry peace into the world around you.

Through gentle breathwork, visualization, and moments of deep silence, we will reflect on our shared humanity and the light we can offer one another — even in the face of darkness.

All are welcome — no meditation experience needed. Come as you are, leave with a calmer mind and an open heart.
