Private Guided Meditation Sessions are available in person or over the net.
Guided meditation is a process by which one or more participants meditate in response to the guidance provided by a trained practitioner or teacher, either in person or via a written text, sound recording, video, or audiovisual media comprising music or verbal instruction, or a combination of both.

In guided Meditation classes, we will begin with a brief introduction followed by calming breathing exercises and then by guided calming meditation with a particular intention. Each session will help facilitate a different intention. Please bring a journal or pen and paper with you so that you may write down your own personal experience that you receive during each meditation session. Meditation has many benefits from health to mental facilitating the ability to heal and facilitate your own particular intention.
There are thousands of studies that have shown mindfulness meditation can positively impact mental and physical health. Whether it’s by reducing stress, improving sleep, increasing focus, or improving relationships, research shows mindfulness works. While the research on mindfulness, especially digital mindfulness programs, is still growing, there is evidence to support the use of mindfulness training for many outcomes.
